Your baby’s first birthday is a huge milestone and a cake smash session is the perfect way to celebrate.

I love capturing the little moments that make this age so magical, from shy smiles and curious eyes to big, joyful reactions.

Some babies make just a few crumbs while others dive straight in and make a full mess, and that’s all part of the fun.


Every session is unique because every baby is different. Some are sitting and observing, some are crawling or walking, and some are standing tall and confident.

Not every baby comes in happy straight away but with years of experience, I know how to work gently and quickly to capture those perfect moments.


The sessions are relaxed, baby-led, and stress free for parents. Everything you need is provided, including a styled cake smash setup and props to match

your chosen theme or colours.


Parents usually bring their little one’s favourite outfits and we can include a change of clothes for extra variety.

We start with simple portraits to capture classic shots and then move on to the messy, playful cake smash.

There will be plenty of giggles, curious expressions, and colourful moments to remember.

BOOKING IN


The photoshoot is best held around 11 or 12 months of age. It can be scheduled a little before your baby’s first birthday, as close to the big day as possible,

or even shortly after. Don’t worry if your little one has already turned one, the session can still be done and will be just as special.


A £50 retainer is required to secure your booking and get the planning for your session underway. This allows me to start organising your chosen theme,

props, and setup so everything is ready for your little one’s special day.
